Coordinate 1-hour Ceremony Rehearsal (usually 1-2 days before the wedding)
Day-Of Coordination (up to 10 hours of service on Wedding Day)
- Up to two team members on the wedding day
- Assistance in Set-up + clean-up of decor
- Greet guests upon arrival
- Get the wedding party ready, keep them on the timeline
- Manage processional
- Make sure that the marriage license is filled out and mailed
- Transition guests according to timeline
